Program Overview:
Teamwork activities are the perfect ice breaker tools for meetings, seminars, workshops, and other types of company-wide functions. These activities are useful to help stimulate critical and creative thinking among employees while encouraging a group effort in problem-solving exercises.
Nicholas and his team of trainers plan and run effective team-building sessions according to our clients’ specific organizational development needs. Our trainers design appropriate team-working activities referencing many theories and models such as the Johari Window Model; Adair’s Action-centered Leadership Model; Mehrabian’s Communication Theory; and other well-known models. The objectives of these fun activities are to achieve improve communication within groups; strategic planning, objectives setting, increase motivation levels; better employer/employee engagement; leadership and creative thinking; and managing change.
Program Objective:
At the end of the half day team-working, participants should be able to:
• understand the importance of time management and its effect on the whole organization
• appreciate team spirit and the power of ALL to set organization’s objectives
• recognize the value of leveraging and synergizing
Our Approach:
To ensure effective learning transfer, our experienced trainers have developed a teambuilding program that allows participants to appreciate experiential learning in a fun and unique environment. After each activity, our trainers will conduct debriefing sessions to ensure participants’ understanding of the specific learning outcomes.
