Are you facing challenges in addressing your employees with poor performance? What could be the factors that affect an employee's work performance? Studies show that poor mental health could be one of the significant factors impacting employees' performance and productivity.

The recent Covid-19 pandemic has seen a spiking number of calls for emotional support to The Health Ministry's (MOH) Psychosocial Support Helpline. It was reported that 122,328 calls were received for the first six months of the year. The calls were mostly related to psychosocial issues such as work stress, family quarrels and marital problems.

According to the World Health Organization, mental health interventions should cover prevention, early identification, support, and rehabilitation in creating a healthy workplace.  In responding to the need for mental wellness in the workplace, we have developed courses to assist employees in learning to deal with stress and burnout, building resilience, and regulating emotions to improve their well-being.

Our courses promote mental health awareness, strengthen mind wellness, and empower employers to create a mentally healthy workplace. Our courses come in various formats such as corporate talks, lunch & learn, coffee & chill talk, workshops and even gamified mobile learning programs.

 

 



1. Training & Workshop

Courses to increase awareness and understanding of mental health. It provides tools and guidance in improving employee’s wellbeing. There will be a combination of short lecture sessions, small group discussion, quizzes, video clips and demonstrations in the training & workshop. It can be run in the duration of 1 day or 2 days.

 

2. Corporate Talks

Short, light and informative mental health-related sessions for your employees to recharge and learn something new. This can take the form of breakfast talk in a casual style, lunch & learn where employees learn while having lunch or coffee & chill talk where talk takes place during coffee break. It can be run in the duration of 1 hour, 1.5 hours or 2 hours.

 

3. Gamified Mobile Learning Program

Purposeful and fun mental health contents and interactive challenges to engage your employees in a game-based mobile platform. This builds digital bonding relationship among employees while they learn the contents at any time and anywhere. The program is designed in a team engagement approach to drive collaboration and competition using game mechanics with points, badges and leaderboard. It is a 5days journey with less than 20mins learning time spent each day.
