Synopsis:

During this difficult time of COVID-19, many people seem to have pandemic fatigue and burnouts that can lead to anxiety and depression. This talk will shed light on this topic of anxiety and depression, paying attention to how employees are affected when they work from home or are at work with the standard operating procedures. Besides that, this talk also will look into some methods in which we can help reduce our stress and manage our thoughts, feelings and behaviours to remain focused in our careers and life.
