Program Overview

Leadership has been described as “a process of social influence in which one person can enlist the aid and support of others in the accomplishment of a common task". This means getting another to subscribe to your vision.

Leadership is "organizing a group of people to achieve a common goal". The leader may or may not have any formal authority. Somebody whom people follow, somebody who guides or directs others are common descriptions of what a leader is.

The right frame of mind is critical for today’s leaders, it is not just about positive mindset but understanding the various other forms to better manage and handle them.

 

The Program outcome:

This program will develop the skills to influence by having an understanding of the psychology of people and their communication model AND exactly what words to say to engage the other person’s mind.

The following fundamental skills will be acquired in this program:

  • Figuring Out People – the ability to understand different aspects of behaviours within us and others and be flexible to get along with anybody. The various different mindsets which makes people different.
  • Building Rapport – the ability to build sense of trust and engage comfortably with someone no matter how different they are to you..
  • Integrative Thinking– the ability to creatively resolve situations that may commonly befuddle another leader with creativity & analytical thinking.

Understanding the subconscious and the conscious mind
Knowing the EXACT words that enrols each mindset
How to motivate another to follow our lead

 

Step(II)–  Coaching & Mentoring

Type of Leadership Styles
Type of Management Styles
Seeing the difference and how to use them effectively
Influencing the upcoming Generation.

Activity: Business Simulation , CEO in A BOX

Communication at various levels

Mindset at different levels

How to assess the situation.

Objective: To enable participants to internalized what they have learn so far and let them experience it first hand.

 

Step(III)– Craft of Appreciation

Understanding the different type of appreciation.
How to use them to continue to build strong bonds between team members

 

DAY 2

Step(IV)–Integrative Thinking

The Business Simulation:  Into the SKy

Creative Problem Solving.
Decision Making with an Analytical Mind
How to assess and strategies efficient solutions as an effective leader
The BUS principle.

 

Step (V)- Goals , A number Game?

Understanding how Goals and you relate. What your relationship with Goals? What’s your team members relationship with Goals?

Understanding how our mind works and whats the difference, to have better EQ with team members.
