Gamification Workshop coming to you this November! Slots are Limited!
Our game thinking coaches are geared up this November to share their insights on gamification and how companies can grow efficiently when implement gamification!
Gamification elements have firmly established themselves in our everyday life. Customers earning (digital) loyalty points unlocking a prize after they reach a specific level is the most basic example. Gamification in the workplace, on the other hand, is not a new notion, but it still has a long way to go, with the exception of perhaps in the learning arena.
How does gamification works?
Gamification works by providing proactive directives and feedback to audiences via game mechanics and game dynamics added to online platforms, which leads to the achievement of business goals and objectives.
How gamification can motivates people to do work effectively?
What's new about gamification is that motivation can be packaged into an app or device and scaled to engage an audience of any size at a very low incremental cost using a digital engagement model. However, not all businesses are making the transition. As is often the case, the transition to digitally delivered motivation will catch some old guard companies off guard. Others will fail in their attempts to translate what works in the physical world to the digital realm. Simply put, it elicits emotions associated with positive user experiences and fosters a learning environment that rewards effort. Gamification encourages learners to participate, stay motivated, and retain outcomes for a much longer period of time.
